Terms and Conditions

Introduction

SSEVI provides its platform and services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you access, register on, or use ssevi.com or the SSEVI mobile application, you accept these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other guidelines published on the platform. Please read them carefully.

SSEVI is a listing and community platform that enables users to post, browse, and respond to listings for Jobs, Staff Hiring, Rentals (To-Let), Tenant Search, Matrimony, Buy & Sell Marketplace, Flat Buy/Sell, Land Buy/Sell, and Freelancer services, and to share posts, photos, and reels with other users. SSEVI itself is not a party to any transaction, employment, tenancy, or matrimonial arrangement made between users, and only provides the platform through which users connect.

User Agreement

By using SSEVI, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and OTP, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Applicable Law

This site is created and controlled by SSEVI. The laws of India shall apply and courts in Katihar (Bihar) only shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein. SSEVI reserves the right to make changes to the website, app, and these terms at any time, with or without prior notice to users.

Definitions

Listings & Services

Services and information displayed on SSEVI constitute an invitation for users to connect with one another; SSEVI does not itself sell products, offer employment, arrange marriages, or lease property. All listings posted by users must be:

• Accurate, genuine, and not misleading;
• Posted by a person authorized to do so (for example, only the property owner or an authorized agent may post a rental listing);
• Free of illegal, counterfeit, hazardous, or prohibited items or services;
• Compliant with all applicable Indian laws, including labour, real estate (RERA, where applicable), and consumer protection laws.

SSEVI reserves the right to remove, edit, suspend, or reject any listing at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it violates these terms or applicable law. SSEVI does not guarantee the outcome of any job application, tenancy, sale, matrimonial match, or freelance engagement made through the platform, and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, employer, tenant, landlord, buyer, or seller.

Posts, Reels & Social Content

SSEVI allows users to upload photos, reels, and other content, and to follow other users, like, comment on, and share their posts. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to post it;
• The content does not contain nudity, sexually explicit material, hate speech, violence, harassment, or content that exploits or harms minors;
• The content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, or personal privacy rights;
• The content does not promote illegal activity, spam, misinformation, or fraudulent schemes.

You grant SSEVI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. SSEVI may remove any content, restrict a user's ability to post, or suspend an account that violates this policy, with or without prior notice. Users can report content or profiles they believe violate these terms through the platform's report feature or by contacting support.

Coins, Referral & Daily Rewards

SSEVI operates a coin-based reward system and a daily rewards feature, subject to the following conditions:

• Coins are earned through successful referrals and specified platform engagement activities, and can be redeemed only as a discount toward SSEVI premium plans. Coins have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn as money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• The daily rewards feature allows eligible users a limited number of free attempts per day to receive coins or a small cashback reward. Participation is entirely free of charge; SSEVI never charges a fee or asks for payment to participate in, or to receive a reward from, this feature.
• Rewards distributed through the daily rewards feature and referral programme are promotional in nature and are not a game of chance, betting, lottery, or gambling activity. SSEVI reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the referral programme or daily rewards feature, or change reward values, at any time.
• SSEVI reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit coins or cashback earned through fake accounts, self-referrals, multiple accounts by the same person, bots, or any other fraudulent or abusive activity, and may suspend the associated accounts.

Cashback Wallet & Withdrawal

SSEVI provides an in-app cashback wallet, separate from the coin balance, subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawal of cashback to a bank account or UPI ID requires successful completion of KYC verification (such as PAN and bank/UPI details) as mandated by applicable regulations.
• All payouts are processed through RBI-regulated third-party payment gateway/payout partners. SSEVI does not directly hold or custody user funds beyond what is necessary to facilitate the payout.
• A minimum withdrawal amount, processing time, and/or applicable transaction charges may apply, as displayed in the app at the time of withdrawal.
• SSEVI reserves the right to delay, decline, or reverse a withdrawal request pending verification, in cases of suspected fraud, or where required by law.
• It is the user's responsibility to ensure that bank/UPI details provided are accurate; SSEVI is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account due to user error.
• Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from cashback or rewards received, in accordance with applicable Indian tax law.

Premium Plans & Payments

SSEVI offers optional paid premium plans that provide additional posts, verification badges, priority ranking, and/or analytics, as described on the Pricing page. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Premium plan fees, once successfully paid and the benefits activated, are generally non-refundable, except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law. Prices, features, and validity of premium plans may be changed by SSEVI at any time, with such changes applying to new purchases.

Electronic Communication

When you visit ssevi.com, use the app, or send us communications, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including e-mail, SMS, and in-app/push notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Copyright and Trademarks

Unless otherwise stated, or unless it is content uploaded by users under the Posts, Reels & Social Content section above, all other material presented on the site (including but not limited to text, design, graphics, and the SSEVI name and logo) is the property of SSEVI and is protected under applicable Indian laws. You agree not to use any framing technique to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of SSEVI without express prior written consent. Any infringement will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Permission and Site Access

SSEVI grants you a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and make personal use of this site and app. This licence does not include: any resale or commercial use of this site or its listings; any collection and use of listing data, descriptions, or contact details for the benefit of another business; any downloading or copying of account or listing information for competitive purposes; or any use of data mining, scraping, bots, or similar automated data-gathering tools.

Changes to Services

SSEVI reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature, category, or service (including coins, cashback, daily rewards, or social features) at any time, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

User Account

Notwithstanding other legal remedies available to SSEVI, SSEVI may, in its sole discretion, remove a listing or post, limit or suspend account activity, forfeit coins or wallet balance, or terminate a user's account and access to the platform:

• If the user breaches any term of this agreement or SSEVI's usage guidelines;
• If the user has provided false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information (including for KYC/verification purposes);
• If the user's actions may cause harm, loss, or reputational damage to other users or to SSEVI;
• If SSEVI reasonably suspects fraud, abuse of the referral or rewards system, or the use of multiple/fake accounts.

Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the platform will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including civil, criminal, and injunctive redress where applicable.

Force Majeure

SSEVI shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the platform, or delay in processing a wallet withdrawal, arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including payment gateway or banking system downtime.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on the site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Such changes are effective immediately upon posting. If any term is deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, that term shall be severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SSEVI with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on coins, wallet liability, intellectual property, and disclaimers) shall survive the termination or expiry of this agreement.

General

The waiver of a breach of any term hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of any other term or breach thereof. The person agreeing to these terms represents and warrants that they have the legal capacity, and where applicable the authority to bind their employer or organization, to enter into this agreement.

Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSEVI shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or any dispute, financial loss, or harm arising between users) resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, any listing, any social content, or any coin/cashback feature.

Content and data on ssevi.com, other than user-generated listings and posts, may not be reproduced, copied, or altered without the express written consent of SSEVI.
