SSEVI("we", "us", or "our") operates ssevi.com and its related mobile applications, an all-in-one listing platform that connects users across India for Jobs, Staff Hiring, Rental Properties (To-Let), Tenant Search, Matrimony, Buy & Sell Marketplace, Flat Buy/Sell, Land Buy/Sell, and Freelancer services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from you, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using any service on SSEVI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Since SSEVI offers multiple services on a single account, we collect the following categories of information depending on which services you use:
Name, mobile number, email address, city/location, date of birth (where required for matrimony), profile photo, and password (stored in encrypted form).
Details you post for Jobs, Staff, Rentals, Tenant, Marriage, Buy & Sell, Flats, Land, or Freelancer listings, including descriptions, photos, videos, pricing, and location.
Government ID, PAN, or other documents you voluntarily submit for profile verification, badge eligibility, or wallet/cashback withdrawal (KYC) purposes.
Transaction history for premium plans, coin balance, referral earnings, cashback balance, and bank/UPI details provided for withdrawals (processed securely via our payment partners).
Posts, photos, reels, comments, likes, follows, and messages you create or exchange while using SSEVI's social and engagement features.
IP address, device identifiers, browser type, app version, pages/listings viewed, search queries, and approximate location used to show relevant listings.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and display your listings across relevant SSEVI services
- Connect job seekers with employers, tenants with property owners, buyers with sellers, and similar matches across our services
- Show your posts, reels, and profile to other users (including followers) and enable likes, comments, and shares
- Process premium plan purchases, referral coin credits, daily rewards, cashback, and withdrawal requests
- Verify user identity to reduce fraud and maintain a safe marketplace
- Send order, listing, wallet, and account-related notifications
- Send promotional updates about offers, new services, or features (with your consent, and with an opt-out option)
- Detect and prevent fraudulent listings, fake profiles, spam, or abuse of the referral and rewards system
- Improve our platform, features, and user experience
- Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations
Information Sharing & Disclosure
SSEVI does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
Information you choose to include in a public listing, post, reel, or profile (such as your name, photo, listing details, or comments) is visible to other users of the platform as part of the service.
We share limited information with trusted third parties who help us operate SSEVI, including cloud hosting and storage providers, SMS/OTP and notification providers, and RBI-regulated payment gateway and payout partners used for premium purchases and wallet withdrawals.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of SSEVI and its users.
We may share anonymized, non-identifiable statistics (for example, total listings in a city) with advertisers or partners for research and marketing purposes.
Note: We never share your individual contact details (phone number, email) with another user or business without your action, such as responding to a listing or unlocking contact details.
Payments, Coins & Wallet
SSEVI offers a coin-rewards system (earned through referrals and platform engagement, redeemable as a discount on premium plans) and a separate cashback wallet (earned through daily rewards and select promotions, withdrawable to your bank account or UPI). In connection with these features:
- We do not store your full bank account, card, or UPI credentials on our servers. Payments and withdrawals are processed through RBI-regulated, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway and payout partners.
- KYC information (such as PAN and bank/UPI details) is collected only when required to process a withdrawal and is used solely for verification and payout purposes.
- We maintain a transaction ledger of coin and cashback credits/debits for security, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Daily reward features are provided free of cost and are not a form of gambling or betting; no payment is required to participate.
